Flyesys provides software development and related professional services, including Web2 and Web3 development, blockchain and crypto solutions, enterprise and management systems, AI tools, and IT support. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, agreement, or invoice. These Terms govern your general use of the website; specific engagements are governed by their respective agreements.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without our written permission.

Where the Services are provided for a fee, you agree to pay all applicable charges as set out in the relevant proposal or invoice. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Razorpay. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of the Services. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the terms of the specific engagement.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Flyesys and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Ownership of deliverables produced under a paid engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, authentication providers, and analytics or advertising networks). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flyesys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flyesys and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a manner that may cause harm. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India, unless otherwise agreed in a specific engagement agreement.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
